At Fashion Addas, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
Product significantly different from the product ordered
Wrong product delivered
Damaged product received
Defective product received
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All tags, labels, accessories, and invoices must be included.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:
Minor color variations due to screen settings
Product used or damaged by the customer
Missing original packaging or tags
Return request raised after 7 days of delivery
Change of mind after purchase
3. Return Process
To request a return:
Once approved, pickup will be arranged where service is available.
Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
Share your Order ID and product images.
Our team will verify the request.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
Once approved:
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, where applicable.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders:
Customers may be required to provide valid bank account or UPI details.
Refunds will be processed through bank transfer or UPI.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your Order ID.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
